01 — General

By accessing or placing an order on kcosonline.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KCOS is a Korean beauty retail brand operating under a registered entity in South Korea (Reg. No. 201-81-89515, 6GA, 11 Eulji-ro 42-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul 04561, KR). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

02 — Products

All products sold on kcosonline.com are sourced through authorised Korean distribution channels. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible — see our Disclaimer for full details.

03 — Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, or in USD by default. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. By completing a purchase you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.

04 — Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Seoul, South Korea. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or peak periods. KCOS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Import duties, taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country of residence and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. 05 — Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items with seals intact. All returns require prior approval. EU customers retain their 14-day statutory withdrawal right where applicable, except for cosmetics whose seal has been broken. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

06 — Intellectual Property

All content on kcosonline.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of KCOS or its respective brand partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

07 — Limitation of Liability

KCOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for adverse reactions to products we sell but do not manufacture — see our Disclaimer.

08 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply alongside these terms.

09 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@kcosonline.com — we will always endeavour to resolve issues amicably. EU consumers may also have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies in their country of residence under applicable national law. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings but will engage in good faith where possible.
