The Concept

KCOS started as a side project.

Seoul, 2018. A university student noticed something, K-beauty was everywhere online, but what was actually worth buying never made it out of Korea cleanly. He built something small. It worked.

Then life interrupted. Military service. Graduation. Other things.

Five years later, two people. One had built the infrastructure. The other had spent three years going deep into Korean skincare, not as a trend, as a practice.

They relaunched what had been sitting quietly since 2018.
